Very clean Nice views over the salt flats and (a bit more distant) the sea, if you book a sea view room About 10 minutes out of Piran Great breakfast, they even had English tea and Earl Grey tea, the first hotel in a week to have those. Light, airy, spacious and colourful. Friendly and helpful staff - made eggs to order. "

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. "The room was ok, but the parking was too far from the apartment, and ot did not say in the description. I had to carry a lot of my luggage by myself and it was not near. And when we got there, the man who regulated the parking was confused where were we staying, so we circeled a couple of time. Bad organisation. And they charged a fee for the registration that was not mentioned. I was really dissapointed."

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "
