"This property was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. But if you are just in Trieste overnight to catch a cruise you would be better staying in Trieste as this place is 20-30 minutes away from cruise port. Also the train drop off is a 20 minute walk down steep hill and stairs to get to hotel. There were no cabs in sight. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. A cab to terminal costs about 30 euros. " Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

Nice hotel but not optimal placed or comfort

"Nice boutique hotel, with heping staff and a good breakfast service. The climatizacion was good. However the information is misleading. It is right by the loading docks, and you have a 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants following the road. The spa consists of a jacuzzi that could not gobin because Inwas told I had to reserve three hours in advance... The worse is that you can not park anywhere around the hotel without paying parking. The room is nice but not fuctional and racks for luggage where missing. My room had the road as views. The bathroom downlight was not working, and I had to kill and through out of the room a type of cockrouch (probably too eco friendly)."

"This hotel was definitely not a four star experience. The rooms were small and dated, there is no beachfront and the pictures were deceiving. The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "
