"Our room was a very nice size, great bathroom, and a sweet little balcony. The hotel is across the street from a beautiful square that was decorated for Christmas and was a quick walk to the Casco Viejo. The service was a delight. No complaints. Nice hotel bar."

"This hotel is very small but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly but professional, and super helpful. I stayed here for 8 days and the room was cleaned every day while we were out and about. Very close to the town center and restaurants. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family when they come to visit!"

"Plenty of parking although can be competitive for spots in the weekend. Staff was superb, offering ideas of what to explore, and even helping us reserve at the full booked restaurant. Quiet from 11pm-7am when the church bells waken the town. Room was very good for a pencion and at night the sound of the ocean sooths the soul."

Excellent stay - great for groups - beautiful views

"The entire experience was absolutely fantastic. We had such a great time, and were only sorry that we hadn't been able to book more time here. The house is wonderfully laid out, especially for larger groups or if you had multiple families. Every amenity you might need. The views are amazing. We even walked down into Getaria one afternoon (the walk back up would be a hike, but doable! Best not done in the dark though). All in all, fantastic on every level. Would absolutely recommend."

Amazing villa!

"Miguel was super nice to meet us at the villa for check in. He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days. The villa had everything you could think of and we were very impressed with the kitchen. The views are absolutely incredible, all of our guests were in awe of the property. Getaria is a wonderful town and easy to get around by foot. You can even walk to some wineries with delicious wines and spectacular views. We highly recommend staying here!!"

UNSUITABLE for pilgrims.

"This property is UNSUITABLE for pilgrims, despite its close proximity to the Camino del Norte. There were no washing or drying facilities for clothes beyond ones ability to improvise in the bathroom. The owner was uncontactable and did not respond to my WhatsApp message written in Spanish. They did not have a stamp for my Credencial del Peregrino to record my stay, a necessity to prove having walked the route. There were no cooking facilities beyond a microwave and the restaurant at the hotel next door was closed on the Friday evening of my stay. No other facilities nearby, and so not wanting to walk back to Getaria after a long day, I went hungry."
