"Nice rooms, a little dated but all functional and well appointed. A little confusing to find because its mostly labelled Milano Hotel, but check in and parking are across the road with the main hotel area. Lovely staff were very helpful once we found our way. Dinner was magnificent and excellent service."

The parking lot is small, but there is another very large one just 50m far. These chalet is just next to the "main" hotel, which also have the spa. "The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Good value for money

"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"The Hotel was Very good. The Hotel was very nice and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. In the evening the bar was just right to have a night cap drink. The Hotel was in a very good location in bergamo Thank You."
