"The lady at the front desk was so helpful and yeah, extremely friendly breakfast was easy and good, and the hotel room was very relaxing, but again, the lady at the front made me feel right at home"

"The staff were very nice and respectful. However the hotel needs a lot of work. I appreciate that they just had replaced all of the beds so we weren't concerned with bed bugs. The room was clean but the bathroom shower head was filthy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and made a noise when turned on. There's so much grime in the fan for it to work properly. Same goes with the air conditioning unit, it works howevever the filter was very filthy. The toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall. We stayed for two days however we didn't get any housekeeping service. We at least expected them to replace our towels but we didn't see the housekeeper. The pool smelled like drainage water. It had a sour smell to the whole room. It didn't look clean, there were no towels to dry off. The water was so cold. "
