"Julie and Brian's love and pride for their property does not come short! They have been one of the greatests hosts we have come across! The property is very secluded with views that are just absolutely stunning. The sunrises and sunsets just hit different from this property on a hill. "The property was close to many amenities(good restaurants, coffee shop) a short walk away but the property itself was in a fairly run down part of town. I think a new coat of paint and some deep cleaning on the heating unit would really freshen the place up. There was a nice supply of kitchen essentials and the best quality paper towel and toilet paper. It was a very good price for what it was but we didn't love it."

"We are Alaskan residents that never stop working. This was a much needed retreat. This cozy cottage has all amenities available, even an electric skillet which i needed to make breakfast. "What a charming cabin! It was very welcoming. I greatly appreciated the instructions that were texted to us, and that were left in the cabin. That was very helpful. "This home was larger than we thought it looked online, an older home but cozy. We had an extended stay and had no problems fully living life in here. Really is dog friendly. We and our dog were endlessly entertained by the local dogs which were insanely friendly. A nice safe area for walking with amazing views of mountains. Loved the drive, and Hatcher Pass and Government Peak are minutes away."
