"My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! "My husband and I came down to meet friends that we're staying in a local RV Park. Turned out their adult children wanted to come down and see us. Our host was kind enough to let us have them over for a couple of days. This little house is cute and has one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever found in a short-term rental. We have used short-term rentals all across the United States throughout the Scotland and England, and this kitchen by far was the best. Will be back in that area before...

"It was a very clean property and close to everything. The only thing really needed is a doormat at front door and had no access to a mop. It rained everyday. :)"

"We were here for a basketball tournament. Location was great. Beds and kitchen were nice. The new years fireworks downtown that we could view from the porch were a great cap to a nice stay."

" We came into town to see family. We were looking for a clean place for a decent price, and this was it. It's only 40-50 feet from the road, so its a little loud at night with the cars going by, but not too bad. Decent fenced-in yard which our dog loved."

"Return stay with a wonderful host, Polly. Easy communication and check in process.This is a beautifully (and artistically) furnished comfortable house. Beds and linens are high quality and there are plenty of towels. Kitchen area has eveything you need, even for an extended stay. Living room has plenty of seating and a proper dining table. The whole place is spotless with lots of little extras. (Soaps, cleaning stuff etc.)This is a step above a lot of JC rentals that have a lot of nice pictures...

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we needed, and store was only 10 minutes away. Property manager was very responsive and checked in to make sure there wasn’t any issues! We came to watch our daughter play college softball and we would definitely stay again if she has more games in the area."

"The bridge to the property has a steep drop off that scraped the bottom of my car. Getting in the lockbox for the key was difficult ,had to go to neighbor for property manager info. due to no wifi at the cabin to use cell phone . No heat in the bathrooms . Would only recommend if these problems was addressed."
