"It’s a hidden gem. Rooms were clean and nicely updated. Grounds were clean and offered so much to do without leaving. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but that’s Texas. We plan on staying again this summer. "

"We spent 4day and 3 nights here at the Toes up Resort. Our family loved the pool with hot tub. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It had plenty of seating. It was equipped with a music system for the pool area and a TV to watch sports. It has a pool bar area and cooking area. It had ceiling fans under the shade in the pool area which is good for the Texas heat. It had bathrooms near the pool area withac and were clean! The game room was also full equipped and our family spent a lot of time there as well. It is equipped with AC, TV, pool table, dart board, poker table and surround system with strobe lights. There's also a hot tub on the back deck with privacy. The house has plenty of space. It has a TV in every room and the kitchen is fully equipped. Best part of the house is the outdoor areas. We loved the deer roaming the property. We had a bonfire and the property has several fire pits. Plenty of room to run around and play game. Plenty of parking space. The river is 5 mins away. It's very close to downtown day & night life. Tubbing is so fun!! The property is close to stores. And the owner Lance was so friendly. We also had 2 mini pets that enjoyed the yard"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property. The proximity to the river is great. The area was peaceful in the evening. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Gruen and all the great shops and restaurants there. Will definitely stay here again if we come back that way. "

"The condo had everything we needed. It was easy to get to resturants, you could walk if you want. The river is steps away. One downside, if you are a light sleeper, the train runs by the condo several times a night. It was quiet, but noticable. "

"Location was really nice and the house is beautiful. The family took vehicles and I rode my bike. I was able to part my bike next to the garage very easily. The inside is very modern and comfortable. Love the kitchen and the bathroom. Place what extremely nice."

"Short notice and perfect.The town is much lovelier than I could have hoped for. Property is immaculate and super convenient- drive right up to back door!!Fantastic place for our fur babies to enjoy our work trip.The neighbors were amazing...gave us a first-class tour of the city in a great golfcart, just cuz we were sitting on the porch.We hope to come back soon. "
