"Upon walking in to the foyer it is very evident that this hotel used to be grand and glamorous. The foyer area is dated but well maintained. We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful—no fault there at all! However, the prices of things is outrageous. A buffet breakfast is $32.00 and buffet dinner is $37.00. If you need...

"Easy secure parking, my room was clean and new… had aircon and a great wifi signal… friendly receptionist… the only downside was no hot water when I took a shower however it was the middle of summer so wasn’t that bad… but besides that always had electricity as they had a solar system "

"The staff were super friendly and attentive. The room was average clean. The kitchen counter could use some paper towels . Wifi was very unreliable. The area is noisy due to surroundings but that’s unavoidable on a busy Harare street. Overall the place was good enough for its worth. I’d stay there again or recommend friends. "

"Beyond expectation. Excellent hospitality. Great communication with the staff. This property is great for a single person, family or double occupancy. This property is worthwhile and we don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet stay and very comfortable in all aspects.
