"Hotel aesthetics and common area cleanliness is great and actual rooms are large. But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled. Pillows were paper thin. We didn’t care for the self service check in kiosk, it didn't feel welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the...
