A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home nestled in a tranquil location under the shade of trees beside a large pond. With easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, including the BBQ area, the laneways around the farm, and the small animal enclosure area (which needs permission from your host).
Guests are not permitted to visit their land host's private residence or shed unless it is an emergency such as maintenance, repair, or requires medical attention. Whenever you experience the following incident, please contact your host via phone or message.
Lastly, we would also like to remind our guests not to cross other neighbouring properties in the area, as we will not be liable for any accidents or damage outside of our property line.

- Foster Park, in Rolleston, is the biggest sport and recreation park in Selwyn. Perfect for families to spend the whole day having fun.
- International Antarctic Centre is a visitor attraction where you can see penguins, huskies, enjoy Hägglund rides, and real snow experiences.
- The Willows is a park situated along the Waimakariri River in New Zealand, offering public access to activities such as walking, hiking, mountain biking, and jet boating. It includes a campsite with toilet facilities that are locked after 10:30 PM.

By car:
- Ashburton within 40 mins. 4.5 hours from Dunedin and 6 hours from Queenstown
- Nearest Towns are Rolleston and West Melton within 10 minutes and Lincoln within 20 minutes
- From Christchurch City 25 mins or Christchurch Int Airport we are 15 mins away. All are reachable by 2WD.

- Accessible Teppanyaki BBQ is accessible to guests
- Farm-guided tour is available by prior arrangement 24 hrs in advance
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Spark has great mobile reception, while Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and 2degrees have weak signals
Safety guidelines
- We have an unfenced pond, so please be cautious
- Given the rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION
- Please stay clear of the electric fences installed in some of our farm animal enclosures.
Farm guidelines
- Guests have restricted access to our private residence and sheds
- Keep a safe distance from farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
