"Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"The properry is basic but meets all the needs of someone looking for an apartment hotel in a good location. It's on a quiet street with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, 5 minutes to the station and to the city centre. There is plenty of space for baggage! Parking is free on nearby streets so no need to pay for the underground carpark except for convenience."

"The hotel is very basic but the rooms has enough space and a balcony which was great for the dog. The location is great, easy walking distance to Tours old town. The staff didnt speak much English but we manage to understand each other in Spanish. She was super helpful and welcoming"
