"Celia was an excellent host suggesting restaurants, providing a number for taxi- rarely needed it is so well located. And allowed us to store bags a few hours beyond checkout which was appreciated. There was an “ unofficial greeter” sleeping on the sidewalk everynight which could be true in every city center and is beyond anyone’s control. "A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

The host was amazing, he greeted us on our arrival and gave information on where to go and what to do. Couldn’t ask for anything more. "We stayed in this beautiful, historic apartment for 12 delightful days. It is living history. It is owned by Stephane, Sophie, Louis and Thomas who are charming hosts. "I like the location a lot bc I used the train station multiple times and it is just right there. There is a grocery store close by and a tram which are convenient. If you are a light sleeper as I am a white noise app on your phone will help with the street noise. Overall very happy there."
