"Close to everything and room outside to enjoy the lake "

"Need some repairs and improvements: Outside: the deck has boards raised above the deck more than a quarter inch. Weeds growing through the steps and others should be trimmed out. some black mold on the deck chairs. Inside was very nice, but faucet in the kitchen need repair- hard to shut off completely. The stairway to basement had no railing which surprised us. Its a good comfortable property, but could an excellent property. We did enjoy it! Thank you"

"A very nice house, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Well furnished with comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen (my wife and our oldest son are accomplished cooks.) Close to Giant's Ridge, where we were skiing, and there are several nice bars and restaurants right along Broadway in Gilbert. "

"This was the perfect spot for our annual cousins gathering...every thing we needed was there. The home was comfortable, cozy and the sauna and jacuzzi tube were perfect after long days on the snowmobile trails in sub-zero weather. We had fun as a group and although we like to move around every year to experience different places, we are definitely considering coming back to explore more of the Iron Range. Trails were great, and the people we met along the way were very friendly and welcoming! "

"We had a great time at the house and on Swan Lake. There ware 9 of us, age range 75-12. House worked great. You need to use steps a lot, so if you have trouble with steps, it might not be a good fit. Great lake for water sports, lots of room. Did get busy starting Friday afternoon, but there was still room for skiing and tubing. Fishing was ok. Lots of northerns. But did catch a couple walleyes. Caught nice sunfish off the dock. We had enough fish for a fish fry one night."

"Cute house in nice walkable neighborhood. Easily accommodated 5 adults (2 couples, a senior and 20 lb dog). Lots of counter space, Had a Keurig duo (makes a pot or can do single cup with pods). Large refrigerator/freezer. Does have 2 bathrooms, one with tub/shower on 2nd floor with bedrooms and one with shower in the basement. Washer and dryer in basement too. "My wife and I - along with our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons, ages 5 and almost 3 - spent 5 wonderful days here. We were in town for our son's 25th wedding anniversary in Eveleth, and needed a place big enough to accommodate us all, both inside and outside. "We had a wonderful stay at Jarod's place with our family. This was our fourth summer going to a rental cabin on a lake with family ( 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children) and this was our favorite place so far! Spacious home with spaces to gather or have your own space. The kitchen and living area was perfect for cooking and watching the olympics.
