"I was disappointed at the cleanliness. It seemed as just the bare minimum was cleaned. There is quite a bit of mold in every window and in the bathroom. The bathroom had cobwebs and multiple spiders. the shower and sink had pink mold as if it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The baseboards and around furniture had thick dust built up. "Perfect place to get away and relax"

"Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."

"12 of us stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights to see in the new year together, we had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect for all ages, there was something for everyone. We particularly liked that we could sit together in the living area and eat meals together as there was a dining table big enough for all of us. The games room and pool were perfect additions. Everyone enjoyed themselves which is a hard task when catering for all ages. We will be back, thank you"

"We were a group of 7 staying (4 adults, 3 children) for 3 nights. The cottage had everything we could need. There are 2 bedrooms perfectly set up for kids with the other 2 for adults. The bathrooms were decent and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, although some cupboard space to store our food would have been nice.The outdoor dining space was very peaceful and pretty although a little overlooked. "Myself and a friend stayed for a couple weeks over Christmas and New Years. Having never been to the Cotswolds before, this was in a great location! It was an easy walk to the high street and many great shops to easily get groceries. We highly recommend the nearby Lynwood & Co for breakfast and coffee. From Lechlade we were an easy drive to all the major Cotswold towns - Stowe on the Wold, Burton on the Water, Burford and many more. Oxford and Blenheim Palace were also close by. Julia and...

"Great location, funky cottage."

"Lovely location with enough local attractions to occupy us even in winter. Cottage warm and welcoming needs new mattresses on the bunks and more hooks to hang damp coats. Improvement to upstairs shower required . This did not hamper our stay"

"We stayed here for my partners 50th birthday celebration with parents and teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone to both have their own space and to come together. Lots of lovely touches such as books and board games and a perfect location to visit the beautiful Cotswolds. We will definitely be back!"
