"The room was good except that it was very cold, the radiator was turned up high but the room never got warm. The duvet was only Summer weight so we had to use a towel and our coats to try and keep warm. Breakfast was continental and good, but a full English would have been preferred after a cold night! The ladies who served breakfast were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Castle Inn, the room was clean and spacious with everything you could need. Ying took spectacular care of us, from her very friendly welcome, chatting with us, to her delicious cooking. We had an evening meal plus breakfast and it was all fantastic, and in lovely surroundings - the bar and dining area is full of character. And of course, the Inn itself is surrounded by stunning countryside."

"Nice place to stay here if visiting Shrewsbury area. Food good at Breakfast, although became nervous when waitress was leaning across you to serve orange juice, this could have been avoided with small decanted bottles put on tables to use if required. Breakfast not a relaxing experience when the waitress who was very friendly was rushing around puffing and panting as she passed very close to our table repeatedly as we were next to the kitchen entrance. Would stay there again when epidemic is...

"Very comfortable bed, pillows and nice bed linen. Room was small but very clean. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the girl I dealt with when I arrived, but she was lovely and so friendly. I would recommend Morgans and I would stay again"
