"Very old rooms, water not coming in bathroom washbasin, sometimes no water in commode. Lot of construction happening in the hotel. Limited vegetarian food choice. "

"I believe I overpaid for a mediocre property (more than 7k/day). Reception and dining were very poor. Not enough space in the property to wander around. Food was an utter disappointment, but it had some sky rocketed price like a 4 star resort. Based on what I ordered, I recommend you to change your Chef. Apartment was compact and clean. Staff behavior was cool & pleasant. Didn't use Ayurvedic facility, so comment on that. Reception neither had the courtesy to welcome customers nor had the space...

"This is a beautiful and peaceful Ayurvedic five star retreat overlooking Trivandrum. It is teired at different levels into the hills, which as a result offers beautiful vistas virtually every room. The Ayurvedic treatment options can be tailored from anywhere from one day to two weeks, and are excellent! The food is wonderful, and the staff is absolutely first class. "

"Average stay, though resort is good, maintenance needs improvement. Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. "Great customer service, very good quality of the food, lots of choices of the food. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Customer service outstanding, staff was super friendly, helpful and speaking English. The hotel has clean and good swimming pool. There were two people with outstanding customer service: Prasobh - housekeeping and Mr V Mani, very caring and he provides outstanding customer service. "

Santa Maria- Airport Boutique by the Sea

"I returned to the Santa Maria Boutique by the Sea a few days prior to my flight from Trivandrum international airport. It's such a pleasant stay, right on the beach with the sound of the surf always in the background, and soft breezes blowing off the Indian Ocean. The food is wonderful, and the owners and staff make you feel right at home. The ride to Trivandrum airport was literally only a few minutes, a very pleasant and unhurried experience. I definitely look forward to returning when I visit Kerala again."
