"The room was gross. There were bugs and ants all over in the bathroom including the toilet. There were no towels. The linen was not clean. There was no one in charge on the property, the kitchen lady had to call someone to check us in. The kitchen lady also left around 7:00 PM so the security guard got us some towels. I paid for three nights at 125 USD/night during Holy Week and we only stayed one night. It was that bad. I've traveled the world and I don't complain much, but for that kind of...
