"The residency is not what is advertised. The electrical is very poor, very cheap plastic and potential for shocks. No hot water and when asked to use hot rod, the socket is very high and does not reach the bucket. Have to heat the water in bed room and take to bathroom. "

Air conditioning worked in one of the rooms; as it was too late when we checked in, we didn't bother getting the other room fixed. The bathrooms are typical Indian design - if you take a shower, you're going to wet the entire floor including the toilet seat. The water heater is no good after about 5 minutes in the shower. "The hotel is functional and convenient for the airport. O had 2 single beds in my room which were ok comfort wise. I slept fine. In my case I was getting about 6 hrs sleep before a 4:30am taxi to the airport. There are cars outside and it was INR 500 cash for the trip to the airport. Road to the hotel is not tarmac and bumpy but no need to panic when you’re taken down this track !"

Location is very poor, it is in the middle of nowhere. One positive point is that the staff are very friendly. "
