Awesome
So many unexpected extras made our short stay wonderful! Equipment to make cooking easy, a garden we benefited from, the beautiful and tasteful decorating, hot tubbing even in the rain, lots of land and I could go on and on. The owners were very easy to work with and if I could, would have given them two more stars! You can bet we will stay here again if we can make the trip to Arizona.

This property was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It was so well equipped with everything we needed and with items we have usually had to buy ourselves. There were great areas to spread out and relax inside and out. A fire pit, outdoor dining patio, sitting patio, and hot tub. The interior was decorated very nice and well thought out. So comfortable to sit and read or work on a puzzle. Enjoyed so much!

The property was magnificent Chino Valley was great Do not hesitate to stay at this home, it’s very clean and welcoming, the thermostat was set warm enough, the water gets hot quick in the shower. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils and spices and even some hot chocolate mix :-). Highly recommended!!

Perfect Location for Gun Site Stay
We do business every year at Gun Site, and because it is so far out, we normally have a 45 minute drive to/from staying at a mainstream hotel. Tried something new this time & booked VRBO. This home is AMAZING, so well appointed, and a perfect location. We went first to the house to get an idea of what they had before heading for the grocery store - so well appointed we didn't need to over-buy for our stay. The owners are amazing communicators. Getting to harvest from the onsite garden made fresh tomatoes for our salad so yummy. We will be back!

Perfect "home" !!
My wife and I travel a lot and frequently stay at short-term rental properties and this by far was our best experience ever. We loved the house, the owner, the location, and all the "extras" (welcome ice cream...a well-thought out Welcome Book...firewood provided for the outdoor firepit...etc etc!). This house felt like a "home". Love it and we'll be back!!
