"Staff list the property is great! Rooms, however, require a lot of maintenance. From little details, like the leaking showers, to broken mini fridge. Staff made our stay memorable, especially the front desk, Kun, and manager Zohra. Sorry if I misspelled the names. AC was good, super quiet which I didn’t expect from the location, and location itself was great for travelers, next to the station. "Fabulous hotel and placed in the middle of absolutely everything. Very nice and clean and feels like a five star hotel lobby. Short staffed on all the days we were there, so only one or two people at the desk but it didn't make any difference to us. Totally recommend it."

"This hotel was perfect for my family of four traveling to Antwerp. It can be challenging finding a room to accommodate four people and this fit the bill with a spacious king bed and a set of bunk beds for the teenagers. Lots of space for our stuff and the bathroom layout was optimal. The lobby and extra hang out spaces were truly inviting and cute. Friendly staff and great market options to make our stay easy and fun. "

"I had one of the penthouse rooms which was super with the roof deck access. The room was great, roomy and convenient with the mini kitchen so if I didn't want to have breakfast with the hotel I could either make some coffee before going out or make it right there in the room. The area around the train station is not the greatest after dark but it sure is convenient for travel and easy access to the shopping district and the cathedral. We will be staying there again. "
