"It was super easy to stay at Statesman hotel. My favourite thing was the showers, second to the black our blinds. You wouldnt know youre staying at a busy hotel at all. Plenty of parking, easy check in and check out. Would recommend for all travellers on a budget!"

"This was a great place to stay in a really good central location, with plenty of things to do within a fairly short drive. Reception staff were absolutely lovely. The room looks relatively nice but there were just a lot of small things that made it really outdated. "Bathroom had a 70s vibe to it but was the cleanest I have ever seen, no mould whatsoever, well done. The draws and cupboards need that silicone padding to absorb noise or some other soft closing mechanism, cheap to implement. The windows are very thin and a lot of noise comes through from the road despite hotel in quiet part of town, expensive to implement. Everything else was excellent."

"Perfect for what we needed it for. The space felt homey and spacious. We loved the super comfy beds and modern interior. "First the bad news, not much , the shower in room 336 spills into the main bathroom and does not drain, and the shower mixer taps are really fiddly. Also forgot to mention to checkout the seat back of the office chair is about to come off. The rest is good, ultra clean, great bed, bit of an outlook, good barista girl, great 11am check out which gave me time for laps in the great pool and spa. Good overall price. Very well designed property, best I have come across with a brilliant atrium."
