"We stayed in the cottage during a football game weekend. The cottage is behind the main house situated in the garden area. Extremely cute cottage with two queen beds, small kitchen, closet and bathroom. Loads of art in the cottage and on the grounds. The homeowners are super friendly and accommodating. Wilson the beagle snuggles with you on the porch at night. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so in the future. "

"The home was not clean and had ants. It smells like smoke so much so that even my luggage smelled like smoke. The neighborhood is not great. Definitely not worth the price. When I brought the ants and the fact that the house was not cleaned to the manager’s attention …they did spray for ants and clean up. The manager was helpful but I would not stay here again. The smoke smell was awful."

"I traveled to Waco with two friends that had not been to Magnolia Market. Check in Friday was easy. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable for the three of us. Our host texted me several times while we were there to check on us. The location of the house made it easy to go to the Market and restaurants and bars that had been recommended to us. I would definitely book this property again."

"This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!"

"This is our second time staying at this property in Waco! It’s quirky, cute, comfy & eclectic full of the most unique art and furniture! The location is safe & close to everything. The beds are super comfy & the kitchen is fully stocked. Really you have everything you need. Lots of seating for big groups & the hosts are easy to get a hold of and very helpful if you need anything. We will most definitely be back again! Thanks for another amazing stay while visiting our daughter at Baylor! "
