"Great 2 br rental! Great price! Every room is good size, I wasnt cramped in any space. And the large deck was a nice touch. The apt was remodeled nicely with central ac/heat which is rare in Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Theres also a parking lot which means yoyre not sharing a driveway when Manti doesnt let you park on the streers in the winter."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down. "The property was very nice! The only problem we had was when we arrived the unit was not completely cleaned and the beds were not made. There was 3 laundry baskets of clean linens there, the fridge had spoiled milk, dirty rags in the fridge and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called the number of the lady who was responsible for cleaning it and she said she didn’t know we were coming and had many excuses. Later that weekend we did speak with the owner and he was very apologetic. He did come...
