"We stayed in the room with a double-bed, and it was really a lovely experience! Arden House is very well maintained and the bathroom and room facilities were very modern. Arundel is quite small so you're only minutes away from everything. The host, Lucie, was very kind and asked if we have everything we need as soon as we got our room. They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the property earlier in the day, as we arrived before the check in time. The room included: new slippers, shower...

"The place is in a convenient location and is clean and tidy, it does have several bars below and the music was very load until the early hours of the morning."

"The room was in need of some love as far as decoration goes. The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe."

"This property is in such a fabulous location! Easy connections to the rest of the city and it's so close to the bus, train and ferry hubs. Within minutes of walking off the ferry from the Isle of Wight, I was at the property door. The staff are so friendly, always happy to help. "The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."
