"Stayed 4 nights and this is an amazing way to experience Torres Del Paine. We’d spend hours just staring at the view from the hotel. But it was also so easy to access the various hikes and sights of the park. The food was consistently good (some of the best we had on our trip through South America) and the staff was so friendly and professional. On-site trekking company meant we always had the choice to do something, although we had a car so could venture off on our own too. Hopefully we’ll be back."

"Fantastic hotel, the superior room with seating area, table and chairs, luxury shower room, big king size bed was exceptional. The restaurant menu was excellent and food quality great value. The breakfast buffet was superb, eggs cooked to order, cold meats and cheeses, breads, fresh juices, fruit and a selection of baked cakes. Coffee on tap just fill up as much as you want. Dinning area was again luxurious designed. Staff were helpful. The location just perfect for walking around Punta Arena and exploring restaurants. Value for money hotel with luxury."

"Lago Gray is a beautiful site for your stay at Torres del Paine. The hotel has access to some trails but not all. The room was simple but well appointed, spacious and clean, and had a phenomenal view of the lake. It was a bit warm in the afternoon with no way of cooling it other than leaving the door open or closing the shade. I would also love a kettle in the room. Other than that, the restaurant and coffee bar were excellent, the service was great, and the location incredible. Check if you need a car or transport to other trails because that is not cheap."

"The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!"

"The owners are so nice and everything is simple and easy. We loved the cool decor. The food is good and the room has everything you need. It is comfortable and feels safe. We chatted w the owner for awhile. He was super nice and gave us recommendations for our travels. 10/10 would stay again "
