"We needed a place to come and go to the Grandview Medical Center. This adorable condo is perfectly located to easily get to the hospital. There are tons of restaurants and stores very close by. The condo neighborhood was very well kept, quiet, and seemed very safe. The AC worked great. There was a nice outdoor porch with a tree view. There were 2 nice bedrooms - one with an attached bathroom, the other had a bathroom across the hall. The living room was spacious. Large TVs throughout. ...

"Waking up to the gorgeous lake view with a cup of coffee was amazing. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was beyond relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. The property manager made sure ever small detail were available for my convenience. This place has definitely spoiled me. EXCEPTIONAL!!!"

"Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent."
