"We stayed at ‘The studio’ for my wife’s 70th birthday. There were 9 adult and 2 teenagers. There is so much space with lots of seating areas all around the grounds. The garden and patio are lovely. Great selection of bedrooms. Toilets and showers. My family made lots of use of the hot tub. Early April the weather was brilliant luckily. I would highly recommend the studio!"

"Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special. Thanks to Becky for the easy communication...

"We stayed in this lovely barn to have a very belated Christmas with friends who live nearby. The barn is very comfortable, warm and cozy.However the kitchen does not do the rest of the property justice. It is dated with a worn cooker and a tiny built-in fridge that is in poor condition. One tea bag and no sugar, not promised but after a long drive it was lucky we had our own. Biscuits and croissants were left though and were lovely.The grounds are run down and we saw no play equipment - however...

"We had a lovely time on our stay in this cosy and beautifully clean property all was as described, and the milk, tea and cookies were a lovely touch. The booking in process was really easy and Paul was a good host. The garden is nicely kept and a paradise if you like birdwatching and the beautiful local surrounding area makes this a wonderful place to stay. We would definately recommend"

"Unfortunately the house was not clean. Shoes needed to be worn as the floors were not clean enough to wear just socks. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us to eat. The bedrooms were well equipped but the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were so thin they were pointless. However the fact that we all had a tv and an en-suite was brilliant. "What a lovely weekend we had in this gorgeous home for a group of mum's needing some much needed R&R!The house was spotless and completed with lovely smelling cleaning/washing products.The house was well equipped for our stay, the only thing I would say is missing is some lamps for downstairs (I had to borrow some from the bedrooms) but that's nothing minor.It's also in a great location, just a few minutes stroll and you're at the harbour.I wouldn't hesitate to visit here again. "The house was nice and clean with lovely clean cotton bedding and towels, and lots of small touches left like toiletpaper and handwash. There was also a hot tub which was vreat. The hosts were very helpful and also left a folder with instructions on how to use items in the house and the Wifi code. We were staying with 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. We all had a nice bedroom ( 5) and had a great time. We would certainly book it again. It was fabulous. Thank you very much! "
