"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"The flat is spacious, very cosy and clean. The views from the flat are gorgeous as well the surroundings that are cut by two rivers whose riverbanks allow bucolic walks. The area where the flat is located is quite and conveniently 5 mon away from the train station. We will rent this flat again in our next stay in Bath."

"Lovely property full of character, but what sets it apart is the beautiful location on the edge of the National Trust estate. Such a lovely setting. Communication with the owner was excellent, and it was very reasonably priced compared to other options we looked at. Highly recommend!"

"This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic. Love staying here now and told colleagues and I'm super fussy...
