"Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day. Dry cleaning and laundry was folded and put away when done. Every door held, bag carried, service more than just smiles. Rooms were eco friendly, bamboo toothbrush and combs. Main power shuts off when leaving room, reminders/ suggestion to reuse towels, but towels were replaced anyways. On top of all this the rooms, spa and food are great as well. "
