Family wedding
The property was not only lovely, but very comfortable and well supplied. The location worked well for us because my nephew’s wedding was at Patrick’s Ranch, about 5 miles away, and it was also an easy walk to downtown or Bidwell park. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house, it is so welcoming and cozy. It had all the things we needed, plus more, to make us feel comfortable. It's very close to Chico State and we were there for Family Weekend. I will definitely book at this location again and again!!!

Perfect Stay!
Wonderful home and location, and a bonus, the owner is incredibly kind! We came up to tour Chico state with my husband, daughter, daughter's boyfriend and his mom. We were very comfortable, and enjoyed the small touches. The home has all the essentials needed for a great stay and its close enough to walk to town, or just a few minutes drive.

A great home base
We were in Chico, hosting my parents 80th birthday’s party. This property was close to where we needed to be and was very warm, welcoming and clean. Darlene was also very communicative and great to work with.

A Wonderful Stay In A Fabulous House!
We were so comfortable in this beautiful house. We (my teenager, elementary-aged daughter and I) came up to visit my college student, who also stayed with us. Our every need was met, we were conveniently located and Darlene could not have been more helpful. We will stay here on future visits!

Beautifully Comfortable
Our family enjoyed this beautifully appointed home. The hosts have gone above and beyond to provide amenities for a relaxing stay for families. Nice backyard and deck for evening barbecuing and morning coffee. Location is convenient to grocery stores and downtown shops. We highly recommend!!

This property is amazing!! We had our daughter, son- in- law, and baby granddaughter with us. We had plenty of space and the extra amenities were very helpful. The patio was nice for morning breakfast and the bbq worked well for dinner. Location was convenient too. I highly recommend this property and host.

A much appreciated stay
Our one week stay turned into an extended stay waiting for our daughter's apartment to become available on her return to CSU Chico. The host was so kind and accommodating. The house had everything one needs for a home away from home. Full kitchen, linens, very comfy stay. The upstairs bedroom was quiet and the perfect spot for studying without interruption. When in town next, this will be our first choice!

Cute Comfortable House-Great Locationn
The house is super cute and is equipped with everything you might need. The owner is easy to reach via tex and has left clear instructions for TV, wifi, gates, locks, trash, parking, and checkout procedures, etc. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, this was certainly one of the coziest and well managed properties. The care in the details was clearly evident.

Best Place to Stay in Chico
The property is wonderful. We only stayed 2 nights so we were not able to take advantage of all that was available. The one drawback is that the property is on a somewhat busy street. Other than that, it was terrific!

Clean, centrally located!
Very nice & clean. 3rd bedroom has step stairs and there is road noise. Parking is in alley. Lots of space to park. & road noise is something to be aware of, but not an isse unless you are a very light sleeper. Lots of amenities to cook and everything in great condition!

Perfect Chico Stay!
We normally stay with family, but had too many to impose so were lucky enough to find this gem of a property! It was absolutely perfect - from the welcoming front porch and sweet back yard to the sunny, homey and well-appointed kitchen/dining room/living room to the comfortable beds! There wasn't a living appointment that was overlooked in this sweet home. Thank you, Darlene - you were welcoming and responsive, and we loved the wine, snacks and thoughtful welcome note! We will stay again!
