"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12....

"This hotel is nice and conveniently located to everywhere near the center of town. I stay in this hotel whenever I visit Trujillo. In the past, my only complaint was the wi-fi, but they have fixed that, and it my last visit, the wi-fi was excellent. The food at the restaurant was great and priced affordably, so my wife and I dined a couple of times in there without issues."

"I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that.
