Wrigleyville Condo, Sleeps 10, 1/2 block from Wrigley Field

Wrigleyville condo is located 1/2 block from Wrigley Field and Clark Street. Also close to Southport corridor and Brown Line. Easy access to Red Line which will take you downtown, Millenium Park, Grant Part, Maggie Daley, Hancock and Willis Towers. If you are interested in spending time on Lake Michigan, the lake is 3/4 mile where you can enjoy the trails by foot or by bike.

Due to COVID, we took some time off from renting our space, but are excited for others to enjoy Wrigleyville again as much as we do!!

Condo includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level, and includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with shower.

Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and is also located on the main floor. It’s associated bathroom includes a steam shower.

Guest bedroom 2 is located in the lower level, includes a queen size bed in addition to a trundle bed. This bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably, a great room for kids! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a large shower (as pictured).

Main level includes a living room/full kitchen supplied with all necessities to cook a full meal…..plates, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc.

Lower level also includes living area with a sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette. It does not have a stove or oven, but is set up similar to a hotel room with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

Condo is equipped with 4 TVs and set up for live streaming. Free wifi and printer available for all your business needs.

Parking passes for neighborhood parking, one pass per day.

Had a wonderful stay in Chicago! So close to all the bars, restaurants, and Wrigley Field! Very spacious accommodations and was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. Beds were very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent loction...close to Wringley Field
The location is awesome...super clean, both inside and out, perfect to walk to Wrigley Field. More than enough dining options within walking distance. Owner was very responsive and provided all the needed information prior to our arrival, providing an extremely smooth check-in process. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely place and great location
It was a lovely space and a lot of room. The only things negative we would say is that there are not a lot of hand towels, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it (we think the previous guests turned off the light switch) and parking does need to be managed but it is doable. We would totally stay again!

Fantastic Stay
Loved this location! This sort of home is what made me fall in love with vacation rentals in the first place. The owner was very responsive, it was close to everything I wanted, it was well-loved but also clean, and very spacious. Nicely decorated and beds were comfy. Wonderful fireplace too! I would love to stay here again next time I’m in town.

This location is killer - not sure we could have asked for a better spot! Photos do not do the space justice - there was plenty of space (and then some!) for all of us. The lower-level is completely separate from everything - so nice for those needing privacy!

Our group was in town for the weekend for a family wedding. Home worked great for 3 separate couples. Ubers were easy to get. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Marathon
We visited Chicago to watch our son run the Chicago Marathon. The location was perfect. We were close to the red line to get downtown quickly. The apartment was spacious and we had enough space for everyone. Jaclyn was very helpful when I texted her questions. All in all it was a great stay. We hope to return someday!!

Super Space and location can't be beat!
We came into Chicago for a concert at Wrigley. The condo was super fabulous. We had 6 in our group and had tons of space. Beds slept great, the mini kitchen downstairs worked so well. And the location...well it was so amazing were watching for future concerts at Wrigley just so we can stay here again. Jaclyn was super responsive and helpful, just can't say enough good!

Baseball trip
Beautiful condo in a great location, especially for us attending Cubs vs Orioles games. Plenty of space for the 6 guests in our party. The downstairs gave one family a place all their own. We had a great time. Condo was within walking distance of the ballpark, restaurants and shopping. Owner was easily reached with and questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Chicago area.
