Property was charming with a comfortable lobby. The location was super convenient with lots of food options within a close walking distance. We parked off site for $26 and walked to all of the destinations we wanted to see.

The Willows Hotel is in a nice area. It has easy access to public transit. The building is cute and with a classic feel. It was nice having access to tea and coffee at any time of day. Bonus points for the hotel having a dedicated hot water pot that doesn’t taste like old coffee when you’re a tea drinker.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The Willows was clean. There were so many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. I would totally recommend staying here and I will stay there again.

Cute little hotel on a quiet side street in Lakeview. Room was not overly large but great for a 2 night stay. So many shops, grocery, great restaurants and pubs nearby. Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again

Absolutely fine, normal hotel stay. The grounds were safe, quiet and close to public transportation. The staff was very helpful and professional. Hot water was not great. And the heater started whistling at about 230AM. I would stay again though- it was a beautiful neighborhood and a great value.

We've stayed here twice and both times were great. The location is convenient to Wrigleyville, which is where we spent a lot of time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was in the garage close by. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Willows for a hockey game at Wrigley Field. It was walkable, 1.2 miles. We did Uber back. Comfortable for a family of 4.

Very good location for my stay. The property is somewhat dated, looking the same as when I last stayed here 10 years ago. Refrigerator in room is most appreciated. Close to bus lines 36, 22, and 151. Have lunch at "The Bagel" a few blocks north for a wonderful Jewish Deli experience.
