Super happy with the design and comfortability of the establishment. Staff was super helpful and responsive. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here during the trip. No complaints if I had any recommendations from a consumer standpoint maybe partnering up with the garage for a small discount or potential fixed rate for people who stay at the establishment. Thank you for everything.

A pleasant surprise tucked on Clark St! I wasn’t sure what to expect with no staff on property…..but it works! The only thing is the “resort fee” should be very clearly included in the total cost of the stay. It was more expensive that I originally planned……but it is a great location and a wonderful hotel!

My phone broke, so I couldn’t get the punch code to access my room key, and I tried contacting the virtual customer services via a landline multiple times and couldn’t reach anyone, so I had to pay for another room at a hotel with a front desk staff AND not get a refund for not being able to stay at this hotel even though I tried multiple times to contact them.

I requested early check in for 1, I didn’t get a text to check in until 6:22 pm. Single parent traveling with 3 children and service dog makes this past time check inconvenient. I would rather not pay extra charges for 6 drinks in the room and still haven’t been given the code for the $25 restaurant gift card that it said I would get. This hotel is for people looking to visit the bars. The noise from the bars kept us up until 3 am. There was no where safe or close to walk the service animal for bathroom breaks. The room seemed clean and maintained except for the hole by the table.

The only thing I would point out is that this location is in the heart of Wriggleyville. As such, you cannot expect it to be quiet in the evenings, especially Thursday-Sunday.
