Rich & Exquisite Modern Rustic Home

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood! There is plenty of room with a large beautiful backyard, Gourmet Kitchen . Great for groups, family retreats, and vacations privet evince will be required a higher deposit and preapproval before booking so please ask before you book for a private event!!!!!’
This 3000 SQ.FT property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & . Master suite & 2nd bedroom BOTH HAVE A KING, and the other 1 bedrooms have a Queen.
4 bedroom we have a treadmill massage table. Also 1 air mattress and baby crib can be provided upon request when booking at home.
For our guest convenience, we provide:
Wi-FI cable tv
Complimentary coffee bar.
Complimentary oral hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth wash) and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath products, q-tips/cotton-balls). Kitchen comes with tools.
Master Suite has a connected bathroom steam shower and soaking tub , and space to relax and read by the windows that bring in natural light!

Complimentary laundry detergent, softener.
Walking distance to Stratford Mall, Costco, Marianos, Meijers 24/7 and 24/7 Walmart, Target, Lowes, Medical centers, Many Banks, Army Trail shops and restaurants, Fine schools, 20 minutes to O'Hare (with soon to be finished O'Hare-Elgin Hwy), 35-40 min to Chicago Downtown. Minutes to Schaumburg train station. You can go Fishing across the street in Mallard Lakes State park. It's hard to fined more comfortable place to live than this.Thanks to many upgrades this house will serve you well.

Great spot in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
House was great for our family of 4 adults. There is plenty of room to spread out and more beds were available if needed. Nicely updated with all the bells and whistles - even a steam shower and giant soaking tub. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Property
The property is beautiful and the home is extremely well appointed...large spacious yard and upper/lower deck/patio. The kitchen is to die for! There isn't a true dining room or kitchen table but the island is big another to accommodate seating for 6 (4 stools provided) and there is a coffee table - just a heads up for those that might be coming in the winter...otherwise it is fantastic place to spread out during this pandemic. My family hopes to return in the summer to take advantage of the huge yard :)

We had a gathering for a friend's birthday party and with Chicago shutting down for COVID, decided to go to the suburbs instead of the city. This property was perfect. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is all high-end with Viking appliances. The master bath is a spa with a steam and 6-7 shower jets. There was tons of space for everyone with a nice layout. Also, the yard is huge with a firepit, grill, and nice patio to enjoy. The neighborhood is very nice with some high-end homes. Would definitely return,

Fantastic Home Outside of Chicago
The home was extremely clean, which is a big priority these days! The kitchen was fantastic, spacious and well stocked with everything from coffee k-cups to napkins to extra garbage bags. The backyard is very spacious and the kids loved exploring. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. You can tell that the home was recently updated. The beds are comfortable, the master bathroom is modern and impressive, and there was more than enough room for my family of five plus a dog!

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate. It looks like everything was recently remodeled. High end finishes, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The room sizes are great, especially the master bedroom. The beds are all very comfortable. The master bathroom has a gorgeous tub, shower with steam, and toilet. Just wait until you see that toilet! The kitchen is amazing! Huge center island and refrigerator/freezer. It’s located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close distance to great shops and restaurants. Eve was a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The owner couldn’t have been nicer. The home was immaculate. It has a beautiful, huge backyard. The neighborhood is lovely and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Many great restaurants in the area and most listed through the many delivery apps. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and living room area as the huge center island and its proximity to the living room made for an enjoyable social space for the family.

The pictures do not do this home justice! It was so clean and welcoming. Super comfy mattresses and bedding. Plenty of towels and basic housekeeping needs. A few condiments and spices for cooking, beautiful yard and upscale neighborhood, close to all the shopping and restaurants you could ever need, great communication with the gracious owner. Lots of perks like-huge gourmet kitchen with extra large stove and refrigerator, cable and Apple TV, Bluetooth in the bathrooms, all kinds of toiletries, multiple jet shower with sauna, automatic lighted toilet with heated seat in Master bath, and full laundry with supplies. We have stayed in many vrbo, Airbnb, and Homeaway homes, but this is by far the best for the price! Thank you Ewa!
