Our 2 bed garden apartment in Ravenswood will be the ideal home base for your stay! Located in one of Chicago's vibrant Northside neighborhoods, you’ll experience local charm outside your door. The home has space for 5 and a newly renovated kitchen, though you may not have time to cook with many family-owned restaurants within walking distance! The Montrose Brown Line is only 3 blocks away, taking you downtown in 30 minutes and Lakeview/Lincoln Park in even less. Book your next adventure today!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

8.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Scumbag host, moldy garden unit
I booked same day due to an emergency with my house. Walked in, it smelled damp, walked back out. Didn’t spend a single night. Spent the next two weeks fighting this scumbag host to not change the fill 11 days. They fought tooth and nail. Billed for the full stay, didn’t stay a single night. No recourse for guests. No accountability for hosts. This host is a disgusting human being. Cares about money only. I had to dispute with Amex. Don’t stay here. VRBO is a joke and RedAwning the management company is a shill for bad hosts. Worst VRBO experience ever. And actually after this awful experience I’ll never use VRBO again.

Amazing apartment in the Northside
This is a great, comfortable and practical apartment in North Chicago with easy train access to main sights, including Wrigley Field, and downtown. The check-in and access were easy and the concierge was very helpful. The area is very pleasant as well, with great shops and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chicago.
