We did not get a room upgrade and the rooms are very dated. Popcorn ceilings and the bathrooms need an overhaul. The restaurant was great and the hotel doormen were great. Otherwise, this place was not representative of a 4.5 star hotel.

Facility was no better than "meh." Inconvenient "lobby" having to take an elevator 2 floors from ground entrance to actual reception area. The rooms are nothing special. Water pressure in the shower was abysmally poor. Bed was uncomfortable. At checkout, I discovered that I was double charged for already overpriced parking. Fortunately, I caught this so it was corrected, but it would have been easy to overlook. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
