This is a top of the line Custom Single Family home. You will not find a nicer, larger, newer, Single Family Home in Chicago. The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The master suite is top of the line with 2 huge closets, a marble bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.

the house is beautiful!
We had a little spring break getaway, and this was a perfect home base. Host was responsive and helpful, and the house had everything we needed to have a home away from home. Highly recommend this location, lots of space and a central location.

Great house
We totally enjoyed our stay in Lincoln Park. With a little TLC I would definitely give this house 5 stars. Needs paint refurbished in some area. We found items like stickers in the couch from previous guests. Fan in bunk bed room was very dusty. Overall the home was very clean and felt comfortable.

Great Location
Our family, who came from all over the U.S. met in Chicago to attend my nephew's wedding. The location was very close to the rehearsal dinner place, wedding venue, and downtown. We had 9 people total and everyone had a bedroom with the exception of 1 person who slept on the fold out couch in the basement. We all loved the mere size of the house because we never felt like we were stepping over anyone. We also got 2 SUV's in the garage and 2 cars on the street right in front of the house. Mind you...the cars were tight in the garage, but it was free parking!! And the street was free parking. Jeff, the owner, always replied quickly to each of my questions and was extremely nice and helpful. The Master suite was very large and had LOTS of closet space. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattresses were a little worn and the mattress in the master was a foam mattress which doesn't set well with my back. It was too soft. The couch in the family room needs replaced as it is too soft and hard to get out of once you sit down.. Other than that, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again because of the size and location.

The pictures and information were spot on. The house is spacious, perfectly located and very nice. If I had to be picky, the ice maker didn't work/dispense😂. Seriously there is place is perfect for families. Our son got married this weekend and the house made for a stress free weekend! Thank you!
