For not being downtown it was really close and convenient. Many restaurants within a mile. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk person was really nice. Breakfast was super. Stitch a great price for what we receive.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained and well worth the money. We stayed here to attend an event at the United Center and it was very convenient, walkable distance. Loved the high ceilings in the hallway.

We stayed there one evening to attend a concert at the United Center. It is a great location for that venue with a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel was pretty nice and clean as well as the room was clean and nice layout. Our room did not have enough toilet paper, ran out of tissues, did not have coffee cups or any bar soap to wash your hands. At breakfast the two pans of eggs ran out for about 30 minutes, there was a broken toaster and trash cans piled over the tops. This place is super close to making it a great stay but the few important comforts were lacking. I would stay again but will be cautious of these things.

It's huge and in a nice location. Walking distance to the United Center don't have to worry about parking at the United Center. Staff was very helpful. I felt really safe at this hotel. I really like the wider hallways and the rooms were extremely nice. Price per night was pretty reasonable especially for how fancy that hotel was. I didn't like the continental breakfast that they served in the morning. The food was not hot but luke warm or cold. The pans should be put on hot plates to keep the pans hot so the food stays hot. It didn't taste good eating bacon and eggs luke warm or cold. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. I will stay there again in the future.

Property close to the CTA and Rush Hospital and other medical facilities. Staff was friendly and attentive to any requests. Plenty of parking and 24 hour security for the parking lot. Very convenient to United Center. Hoped for more dining options close by, but that's not hotel's problem. Places were close to walk to but not in December. I'd go back.
