Oh my gosh, I have never had such a wonderful experience with a hotel before! The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Courtney. She answered every question that we had and was more than accommodating. The room was absolutely gorgeous and I have not one single complaint. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

other than a couple of issues in the kitchen zinc and the shower, everything very good, i would definitely return to that location, perhaps in a larger stay with 2 rooms, but definitely would stay there again!!! the people working in the daily breakfast where extraordinary !!!

The staff at this property were amazing! Everyone was so kind and hospitable! This was our first time visiting Chicago and the front desk staff gave us some great tips on navigating the city. The breakfast in the morning was always delicious and they had different options every day! When you are there for a few days in a row it was nice to have variety! The pool although small had a great view on the top floor! We cannot wait to come back and will definitely stay here again!
