Dont let the Holiday Inn name fool you. This place is dingy super outdated. Lots of maintenance issues. Housekeeping wont refresh the room even when you specifically request it.

You can hear water dripping inside the elevator and soon we walked in our room a roach was coming down the door waiting in the inside. We need a night for an early morning flight out the country. Holiday inns are going down.

I am a Holiday Inn member who frequently stays at Holiday Inns. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been too. The property is not kept up with trash and overgrown weeds and dead plants outside and the one staff member was inattentive and unknowledgeable about his job. Not happy with this stay at all.

We say they knocked the door before check out and there were very low quality shampoo and we saw Cockroach On our bed and my fried had bites by Bed bug .. I have the pictures so please don’t book rooms in this location..thanks

Upon arrival, website says “heated indoor pool”. The pool was closed first day and the water was absolutely freezing. I was very upset about that because I was traveling with my 3 kids. Thought they were out of hot water as well but unfortunately, the hot/cold red/blue are switched in both the sink and shower. (I didn’t mind that, the water was extremely hot) One of the elevators were down for 2 days. And the biggest issue for me was I had to change my keycards 4 times in the span of 3 days because they weren’t working and when it would work, my door was getting stuck for several minutes at a time that an employee had to open my door for me. The side hotel exit door where cars are parked did not work with keycard as well. No explanation. Hotel is poorly maintained. 2 positive things I liked about this hotel was the A/C and comfortable bedding.
