Very cute place, rooms are very specious. Our bed king was super hard (almost stiff like a board). The pillows on the other side were super soft you need three to sleep comfy. Parking was nice right by property no issues. Everything was walking distance. Sadly no breakfast options. We were right next to elevator and glad didn't hear noise. Bathroom specious with seperate toilet and shower. Close to everything loved the location.

Made me feel like I was in a castle—very luxurious despite being so old. Wish the parking lot right behind had a few more lights. As a solo traveler I was a tad nervous getting things out of the trunk and walking alone even though it wasn’t that far. Linens were clean and comfy. I would recommend adding some non slip stickers for the tub as it was slick. I wish I could’ve stayed longer actually.

I regular stay at the Carlton of Oak Park because it is within the quaint downtown area and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is vintage, dated, but charming. The rooms are spacious and clean but show signs of wear. The prices are reasonable and represent a great value. I will return.
