1-minute walk to blue line station at Chicago Ave, + buses everywhere. Located in a great neighborhood - RiverWest. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue, the blue line, & great restaurants nearby. Fulton Market / West Randolph St. 10 minute walk.

Great location and very accommodating
Just finished a stay at this pristine property. Cary the owner of the property was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out late to suit our travel needs. The property is located in a good location close to lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of short ride share rides. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again when coming back to visit Chicago.

Super Weekend in Chicago
Space was perfect for (small) adult family reunion. Lots of space to retreat to - and lots of space to be together. Plenty of Bathrooms for privacy. Kitchen / bath fixtures and finishes are great. A few spots that show the age of latest renovation - but overall still great. Bed/bedding was excellent. Location was nice for enjoying Fulton Market, River North, and the Loop. Contact with host was perfect: timely, cheerful, helpful. Would certainly do again

Celebrating a 30th birthday in the family!
This house was just right for us in that everyone had their own space! We loved the accommodations and the neighborhood! The upstairs deck is so pretty and peaceful! Management was very responsive and we all had a great weekend.

Fantastic stay
This property is nice, clean, roomy, and has everything you could need to throw a dinner party, if needed. The manager and owner were very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. The beds were comfy and the location was much more walkable to areas we wanted to frequent that we originally thought it would be. We had no problems and would stay there again!

Awesome Place!
This place was so, so nice! It’s perfect for a large group. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware and Cary is an amazing host. On the day of check in he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even had someone bring by an extra air mattress at our request. We enjoyed our stay so much! Highly recommend.

Great place!
Fantastic location to downtown. Just a 3 min walk to the train station. Great space, clean and spacious, great kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and living room hanging it. We stayed with 7 people and it was just perfect. Not ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs but otherwise love the place!

Excellent Gathering Space and Location
We spent the weekend here celebrating my sons engagement with both families....the property has a wonderful flow for gathering! It is also nicely stocked with kitchenware-dishes, cooking, silverware etc. It was also lovely to arrive to a bottle of wine and some fresh flowers so thanks for that!

Bachelorlette Weekend!
The condo provided everything we needed. The space was nice for our group of 6 ladies. I’d suggest providing kitchen towels for wash and drying. We ended up using the bath towels. I’d return if the need arises!
