"Great experience overall. Friendly staff, nice room (spacious and comfy) and convenient location (4 min walk to Disney monorail, then 10 min ride to DisneySea). Hotel looks actually better in real than on the pictures. Nice indoor swimming pool too. A couple of restaurants are located inside the hotel, as well as a convenience store (very helpful!). Would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel is great but the staff are next level. Special shout out to Philip from the baggage services who was so friendly and when he saw me in the elevator with my cases I was leaving with them he took them from me and had a nice chat. Hotel in general is nice, we had the executive room which is also really useful but 2 things I would improve 1) should be a seperate check in desk for executive rooms 2) should have soft drinks in cans to take out to your room. "

"Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"
