The hotel is quiet (for the area), super clean, the rooms are really nice and the staff is impossibly friendly and accommodating. "Our stay at the Rasa Boutique Hotel in Chiang Rai was generally pleasant. The reception was friendly and efficient and less bureaucratic than some Thai hotels: We had two rooms, one for me and my wife and a second for my wife's sister and her young adult daughter, who arrived later.
