"Extremely beautiful! Comfortable bed, stunning view. PLEASE NOTE: Bathroom is outside. It is well-equipped, private, and a fun experience, however, it was very cold at night (January), and the bathroom is shared with mosquitos. If the bathroom situation isn't a deal-breaker, you MUST stay here!"

"This hotel is in a great location. We had a room by the pool and it was very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and we slept so well. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was good too. The rooms and surrounding area were spotlessly clean. I would definitely go back, it was hard to leave. The only minor issue was the washing we sent to be clean didnt smell like it had been washed. That might be because what we buy in the UK is highly scented, but it smelt musty. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE! Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel room. I've tried to get a refund from hotels.com because of the infestation and the fact I never even slept there- but they refuse.The hotel and hotels.com refuse to take any responsibility. At this point I'm forced to litigate the situation just to get my money back. "
