"Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."

"Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. "Excelente "custo-benefício" local muito agradável tanto para quem quer descansar como para quem quer se divertir. Chalés confortáveis em meio à natureza, excelente café da manhã, funcionários muito solícitos tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante sem esquecer do pessoal da limpeza. Todos simpáticos! "We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. "We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "After making the mistake of making a reservation at another hotel in the area and being completely disappointed, I was referred to the Trade Hotel and I'm VERY happy to have left the other hotel to spend the night at the Trade!"

"Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. "Passamos um final de semana muito agradável na propriedade. Renato foi muito atencioso e nos orientou com todos os detalhes necessários. Os caseiros Nazaré e Zezinho foram igualmente atenciosos e nos deixaram muito à vontade. Minha família e amigos adoraram e ficaram encantados!"

"This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "
