The room was clean and immaculate. Only thing missing was soap at the sink. Plenty of water bottles were provided. Service was always prompt. Also appreciate the tea and packed breakfast prepared for us at 5.00 am!!! The care and comfort provided made our stay in Bilaspur enjoyable and memorable. "
