"Needed evening checkout because of 9pm flight. They let me stay an extra 6 hours for a very reasonable price. Great restaurant. Had breakfast for 3 days. Great choice of Indian and continental items. Had dinner one day. Great veg Hakka noodles. "

"There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience. Kept defending his position. Deaf and dumb and no words of apology. "

"The hotel staff including those at receotion, restaurant, and room service were very warm and courteous. They went our if rhe way to make us feel welcone and took care of our every need. The room was clean and immaculate. Only thing missing was soap at the sink. Plenty of water bottles were provided. Service was always prompt. Also appreciate the tea and packed breakfast prepared for us at 5.00 am!!! The care and comfort provided made our stay in Bilaspur enjoyable and memorable. "
